Responsable Marketing – Lancement d’évènement (CHEMFRANCE) – CDI – Paris (H/F)

Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Marketing expérimenté(e) pour piloter le lancement de CHEMFRANCE, un nouveau salon B2B dédié à l’industrie chimique et aux industries de procédés en France. L'événement couvrira l'ensemble de la chaîne de valeur, réunissant en un seul lieu fournisseurs d'équipements, prestataires de services et producteurs / distributeurs de produits chimiques.

Prévu à Lyon en septembre 2027, CHEMFRANCE s’appuie sur le succès de CHEMUK, le plus grand salon dédié aux industries de procédés au Royaume-Uni. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dès le lancement du projet, en définissant et déployant la stratégie marketing aux côtés d’une équipe basées à Paris et de nos collègues à Londres.

Basé(e) dans nos bureaux du centre de Paris, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales et les autres départements afin de développer la fréquentation visiteurs et exposants, créer des partenariats stratégiques, définir un programme de conférences adapté et garantir une expérience sur site de grande qualité.

C’est une opportunité rare de participer au lancement d’un nouvel évènement et de contribuer directement au développement d’Easyfairs en France.

Vos missions

Définir et piloter la stratégie marketing du salon auprès des visiteurs et des exposants
Mettre en œuvre des campagnes multicanales : digital, print, emailing, réseaux sociaux, PPC, etc.
Développer des partenariats avec les associations professionnelles, médias et acteurs clés du secteur
Définir un programme de conférences adapté, à la fois techniques et thématiques
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales pour accompagner la croissance du salon
Coordonner les agences, prestataires et équipes terrain
Participer activement à l’organisation et au bon déroulement du salon sur site
Suivre les performances des campagnes et analyser les résultats
Représenter CHEMFRANCE lors d’évènements professionnels et salons du secteur

Votre profil

Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en marketing évènementiel
Français langue maternelle et anglais courant indispensables
Capacité à piloter des projets en autonomie et à gérer plusieurs sujets simultanément
Expérience dans la gestion d’agences et de partenaires externes
Excellentes qualités rédactionnelles et sens du contenu
Bonne maîtrise des outils marketing, CRM/emailing et du Pack Office
Organisation, rigueur et sens du détail
Dynamique, adaptable et force de proposition
Une connaissance du secteur industriel, et notamment de la chimie, serait un plus

Marketing Manager – Event Launch (CHEMFRANCE)

We’re looking for a driven Marketing Manager to lead on marketing for the launch of CHEMFRANCE — a brand-new B2B event dedicated to the chemical industry and process industries in France. The event will cover the entire value chain, bringing together in one place equipment suppliers, service providers, and chemical producers and distributors.

Launching in Lyon in September 2027, CHEMFRANCE builds on the success of CHEMUK in the UK, the largest trade show dedicated to the process industries in the UK. You’ll be at the centre of it — owning the marketing strategy and execution from day one, working with a team in Paris and colleagues in London.

Based in central Paris, you’ll work closely with the sales team and the wider business and take full responsibility for driving exhibitor and visitor growth, building industry partnerships, define an impactful conference programme and delivering a standout onsite experience.

This is a rare opportunity to launch a new event from scratch and play a key role in our expansion in France.

What you’ll do

Own and deliver the full marketing campaign (visitors + exhibitors)
Run multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, email, social, PPC and more
Build partnerships with associations, media and key industry players
Define a conference programme — both technical and thematic — tailored to the audience
Work closely with sales to drive exhibitor growth
Manage agencies, suppliers and onsite teams
Be hands-on at the event to ensure everything runs smoothly
Track performance and optimise campaigns
Represent the brand at industry and competitor events

What you bring

A minimum of 5 years' experience in event marketing
Native French + fluent English
Strong project ownership—you get things done
Experience managing agencies and stakeholders
Sharp copywriting and content skills
Comfortable with marketing tools, CRM/email platforms and MS Office
Highly organised, detail-focused and calm under pressure
Proactive, adaptable and ready to roll up your sleeves

Experience or knowledge of industry and in particular the chemicals industry would be an advantage, but is not a requirement
